LIT stands for Low-Impact-Training our method requires NO RUNNING, NO JUMPING & NO WEIGHTS. While other regimens can break you down over time, we felt the need to create a sustainable method that strengthens, empowers and corrects you. With intelligence and direction we naturally rebuild the body and change the status quo of how people think about fitness.
