Low impact training is the future of fitness, with NO RUNNING, NO JUMPING, & NO WEIGHTS.With LIT Method there’s little to no impact being placed on the ankles, knees, hips, elbows or shoulders, all of which are prone to injury with other workouts. This also makes LIT an appropriate form of exercise for those who are rehabbing an injury.

For our LIT KIT Bundle, the equipment is provided as well as all the video programming necessary to get LIT AF! For the subscription, you will need a resistance band and loop band aka bootie band to perform the exercises! If you do not have access to the equipment, we offer all equipment for sale on our website!
