If you’re debating on a few different rowers, let me go ahead & tell you to go with this rower!! I use to go to Orange Theory classes everyday, but this machine now brings Orange Theory to your home!! Coaches are amazing, music is amazing! A 45 min class feels so fast!! I’m soaked in sweat after every class!! Again, I’m obsessed & totally worth the money!!

I bought this for my wife for Christmas because she had been doing the workouts online through the pandemic. She was excited about the machine. She got the machine in January and loved it. I had just been watching and jumped on the strength machine and now I have been working out three times a week, because the machine is so amazing to workout on. And the trainers online give you a great workout that fly by.

I won’t spend too much time talking about how amazing this machine is because all of the other reviews can attest to that. Not only is the machine AMAZING, it was just as amazing to order and get delivered to my home. I received complimentary white glove service because I live in the Los Angeles area. Matt was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He text me when he was 45 min out to give me a heads up. He also took the time to school me on everything I needed to know about getting started and maintaining the pristine quality of my rower. The rower was preassembled ahead of the delivery and took no time at all. I also want to take the time to give a quick shoutout to Rachel Walton of the LIT Method team. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I wanted to purchase an accessory at the last minute and Rachel made it happen at the eleventh hour. Best. Customer. Service. EVER! I’m so excited to be a part of the LIT family.

I have been working out for almost 30 years of my life...I have done every fitness class and gone along for the ride for every new trend. I have been working out at home since March 2020 due to the pandemic and was SO BORED with the online classes... I have been running outside and I‘m an outdoor cyclist so getting a stationary indoor bike is not appealing to me. Once I saw this LIT machine...I was intrigued...but I wondered... how the heck will that fit in my apartment? I went to the LIT studio in Los Angeles and did a demo and was beyond impressed with what Justin & Taylor have created. This machine REALLY DOES IT ALL! Not only did the workout possibilities pass my test, but I LOVE supporting local business and LOVE this creative couple who saw a changing fitness market and adapted quickly. The price.... also passes the test! I was paying about $500 a month in memberships pre-pandemic and this machine financed is less than $100 a month AND less expensive than anything you would consider “competition” .... And yes, it really does store upright very easily and take up very little space. Whether you are a beginner or advanced fitness enthusiast— you will love this machine as much as I do.

I have been to every group fitness class from Soul Cycle to Orange Theory and there is nothing like LIT! The LIT Machine and online workouts are out of this world! The machine does so much more than a treadmill or spin bike and I feel like it helps my posture and joint pain! Thank you Rachel for the amazing customer support :)

I was debating between this machine or a spinning bike and for once in my life, I made a good life decision by going with the LIT Strength Machine! I had been attending the in-person classes for over a year so I knew that this was a workout I would stick with. The upside to LIT Method classes and especially the LIT Strength Machine is that you do so many different types of workouts in a single class. I love how the instructors use the machine in different ways and more than just for traditional rowing! Plus alternating between rowing on the machine and floor work keeps these workouts interesting. Also, there are so many different types of workouts/classes offered via the On Demand subscription including even Barre classes! I highly recommend going with the LIT Strength Machine over any others because of all the variations of workouts it offers. LIT Method is about to become the leader in fitness so highly recommend getting in now :)

I've been going to LIT Method in person classes and was so sad when it closed because of COVID! Glad that they came out with a home machine so I can continue my workouts with them :) So convenient and so many uses! Definitely worth it.

I bought this machine in December and i'm blown away with everything you can do on it! I have been a loyal fan of Peloton for years but decided I needed to incorporate some strength training into my routine and a friend recommended this machine. You can work your entire body and get cardio at the same time. Oh, and I love the low impact approach due to previous injuries. Videos are outstanding and MOTIVATIONAL!

Can’t say enough about the Litmethod machine. Quality just like the professional gym equipment, Classes are amazing. I love the on demand option and the ability to take a live class. The instructors are high energy and keep you motivated. If you want something that works every part of your body and is low impact I highly recommend the Litmethod machine. You will be happy you did. They also have great customer service to go along with everything else!
