Our story

Our mission is to build you up, not break you down. We physically and mentally challenge your mind and body through our form-centric workout. We designed this program to be an effective, lifelong, and weightless workout.  Our movement is low impact, high intensity follow along programs that focus on goals whether that be weight-loss, strength training, HIIT, core strength, or injury prevention. With backgrounds in physical therapy and personal training, we know what it takes to deliver results and keep your body functioning at its peak performance for years to come.

It is our purpose to continue to innovate and create a workout platform to give you all of the tools from physical therapy, pre-generated exercise programs, nutritional guidance, & a community to lean on!

Now… travel back to 2012,  when Co founders Justin Norris and Taylor Gainor met in a small boutique gym in Beverly Hills.  Justin was a private personal trainer who has been featured on Dr. Phil and The Doctors show.  Meanwhile Taylor had just moved back from Parsons School of Design in NYC and was pursuing her career in personal training. We will spare you guys the mushy – gushy details…  Cut to 2016,  when Taylor and Justin developed a new fitness program that would change the way people workout. They not only set out to start a new movement, but to create a fitness revolution. Together they have developed the ultimate fitness experience that is tailored to everyone.
