We start all of our workouts with dynamic movements to warm your body up and reduce the risk of injury. During the compound phase you can expect to work multiple muscle groups at once, elevate your heart rate, and burn the maximum amount of calories!
This is where the magic happens! After all of your muscle are pre exhausted in the compound phase, we isolate each muscle group to tone, shape, strengthen, and lengthen giving you guaranteed results!
Correcting posture is one of the most over looked components of any fitness program! During this phase we focus on retracting your shoulders and fixing muscle imbalances. In addition to corrective movements, we strengthen your entire core to aid in injury prevention and deliver results so you can feel and function at your very best!
Every workout ends with stretching and foam rolling! This will reduce lactic acid in your muscle, aid in recovery, increase joint mobility, and leave you ready to take on your next workout!
